DON’T LEAVE YOUR HOUSE WITHOUT PUTTING THIS ON…
“Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.” Colossians 3:12
Compassion.
Kindness.
Humility.
Gentleness.
Patience.
They are such forgotten traits these days. And our world desperately needs them.
These days, much of the world has forgotten how to live. They spend their days fighting, building themselves up, trying to silence those they don’t agree with, or seeking immediate gratification.
That is not what I called you to as my followers.
As my chosen people… holy and dearly loved… I want you to be different. I want you to show the world a better way. I want you to clothe yourself in these beautiful, irresistible, God-honoring traits. Put them on, every day, just like your clothes, and take these traits with you wherever you go.
When others are cruel… you show compassion.
When others are mean… you be kind.
When others are proud… you be humble.
When others are harsh… you be gentle.
When others try to rush ahead… you be patient.
This is what I expect of you.
