MY LIGHT BURNS BRIGHT, ESPECIALLY IN THE DARKNESS.
"The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it." John 1:5
You do not have to fear the darkness in the world.
Whether it's riots or wars or sickness or death… do not fear.
Don't let it shake you.
Don't let it distract you.
Don't let it control you.
My light is brighter, stronger, and longer-lasting than any darkness you may encounter.
My light shines in the darkness.
My light brings peace, hope, calm, and healing.
And my light will never be snuffed out.
If you are in my family — the Body of Christ — you are part of this light that shines for the whole world to see.
Don't hide it.
Don't cover it.
Let it shine, so that you may share my peace and hope with the world.
Even when the diagnosis comes... or when the sickness takes you... or when the job is gone... or the money has run out... or your child deserts you... or the spouse leaves you... you can still have peace.
You can still have joy.
You can still stand strong.
Because my light burns brightly in you.
My light will guide you.
My light will shine through you.
Let my light overwhelm you.
